LWVMC January Meeting

No lunch, but bring your own drink, if you wish. Guests are WELCOME. This would be an excellent meeting to invite a friend or two. The speaker will be Donna Gephart, Director for Curriculum and Instruction, Moore County Schools: “Determining Curriculum for Moore County Schools. Donna will be glad to answer appropriate questions on other areas, too. She is a dynamic speaker who has been a curriculum specialist for many years in Moore County Schools. Registration is recommended. There is no charge.

Due to the annual January closing of the Pine Crest Inn, the League meeting will be held in the Village Hall for this month. Thanks for not parking on the circle. With the election this year for 4 of the 7 positions on the Board of Education, learning about Moore County Schools is especially important. Attending this meeting is also a way to show support for our public schools! Hope to see you on January 23!
